An autumn wedding at Hamswell House, Cotswolds, Bath. A relaxed but refined black tie celebration in the Cotswolds countryside.  Hamswell House has stunning private panoramic  views, the house provided an elegant backdrop for the day and evening celebrations. The beautiful Autumn light and seasonal colours looked amazing with the venue’s warm stone and surrounding landscape.

The couple chose a classic black tie dress code which is one of my favourite themes, especially for Autumn winter. The ceremony took place between two oak trees on teh font lawn, with family and friends gathered for an intimate moment before the celebrations continued across the grounds of Hamswell House.

Couples portraits were kept relaxed and natural, making the most of the soft autumn light and the open space around the house. As evening arrived, guests moved inside the marquess for a candlelit reception. Long tables, white florals and warm lighting created a beautiful atmosphere for dinner and speeches before the celebrations continued into the night. It was a perfect day that felt both relaxed and timeless in one of the Cotswolds’ most beautiful private house settings.
